Returns Policy

Please read our Return Policy Carefully to verify if your purchase is eligible for return.

In the event there is a problem with your order or you wish to return an item, please contact us at returns@dms-fl.com or you can call us at 888-999-0506, and let us know of any dissatisfaction you have with your order or experience shopping with us within 10 Calendar days.

If your return is a result of shipping error on our end or your order was damaged during shipping, we will refund the entire purchase amount and the return shipping cost. You must report it to us within 10 Calendar days.

You may return new, unopened, unused items sold by Dental and Medical Supplies within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original product packaging and must be suitable for resale. (Excluding Non-Returnable Items).

  • Returns are only accepted when Return Authorization number is issued
  • Products, parts, accessories must be in original packaging unopened
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable
  • Return Shipping fees paid by the customer
  • Returned items are subject to restocking fees
  • Shipping errors or damages must be reported withing 7 days of receiving your order

 

Return Authorization

You will need a Return Authorization (RA) number from Dental and Medical Supplies. Shipping the item back without an RA number from Dental and Medical Supplies may delay your refund. To obtain an RA number, simply contact returns at 888-999-0506 or by email at returns@dms-fl.com.

Refund

All refunds are processed after receiving and inspecting the returned order, refunds may take 7 to 10 business days to the method of payment that was used to place the order depends on your bank.

Restocking Fees

Please contact us for return instructions and information on restocking fees. Please note restocking fees varies from a manufacturer to another and from item to another.

Damages And Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Shipping errors or damages must be reported withing 7 days of receiving your order

  • Mattresses
  • Special Order items
  • Customized/personalized items
  • Clearance items
  • Opened boxes or cases
