KerraLite Cool Hydrogel Dressing, 3½ x 5 Inch
  • Polyurethane outer film and Pro-ionic gel sheet combine to respond to wound conditions by donating or absorbing fluid: Interaction with the wound bed regulates moisture levels and stimulates autolytic and osmotic debridement. Kerralite Cool:
    • Helps to improve healing of lightly exuding wounds
    • Cleans the wound, debriding necrotic tissue
    • Increases granulation tissue of chronic wounds
    • Soothes and cools to minimize discomfort
    • Protects against wound dehydration
    • Bars growth of bacteria
